Rem

Rem is a member of the Bowmen.

The Bowmen are a group of dragons dedicated to taking on evil in and around Dragonhome. Their ancestors came from the deep forest of Tangled Wood but the Bowmen have chosen the open plains of Dragonhome as their battle ground. They fight with bows and ribbons, each has a different color and a different fighting style.

Rem's fighting style is very difficult and differs form the others. He is contently changing it, but in short it contains large, sweeping strokes combined with faster, shorter attacks. He focuses on attacking with such force that his opponent has little time to counterattack. Rem is contently perfecting his fighting style, changing it up. He tends to focus on just using ribbons, he is one of the most ribbon-heavy fighters. He is always practicing, perfecting, or seeking out new techniques. He does not commit himself to any one style, but takes the bits he sees most helpful and adds them to his list. His agile mind allows him to quickly pick the most appropriate technique for any fight. He fights with black ribbons.

In short he is flexible

Quite, thoughtful, deep thinker, insightful. Tends to overthink things. Does not like to spend much time with large groups of people. Does not do well with many people around them. They can be serious. Perfectionist, hard on themselves, always striving to do everything well and improve themselves. Have a deep need to be good and to do good. They have deep dreams, don't open up to many people. They know what they want, but get discoursed because they also see the world how it is, broken and hurt. They cannot deny the realities of the world. They don't have rose-tinted glasses, this leads them to becoming sad easily and down on themselves. They tend to overwork themselves and take one more and more projects until it is too overwhelming to handle. He does not have much time for games or getting to know others, not even when it comes to his teammates.

Despite all this he is a true shadow boy, he does not see rules as absolutes, but rather as starting points, suggestions that have some merit but ultimately aren't good for ever one to follow. He also tends to be independent, although this is born from the feeling that he needs to do things well and for himself, whereas other shadow dragons are looking out for just themselves. He is not very confident around other people, it takes a long time to earn his trust. He is very much a private dragon. He is not very competitive with individuals, but is constantly criticizing himself and pushing himself to do better and be better. He is also willing to adapt and change.

Best friend: Weston.
Weston is outgoing enough to have noticed Rem and taken to talking with Rem, yet he is not so outgoing that Rem felt the need to withdraw. Weston's kind, patient ways and his quite yet endless energy sparked something between them. To this day their friendship is strong.
