A strong desire burns deep within,
A desire to set the world ablaze, to watch it all turn to ash and rumble,
To push down these feelings will only make them worst, the flames burning the back of your throat.
Blood on fire, scales hot to the touch and smoke curling around the antlers.
You can't help it, it's not your fault.

Ignatius is a strange dragon, unable to control his raging flame inside him he seeked Ballycove as a home, enjoying the cool water as it soothed his burning pain.

When Eshkin approached him about the revolt, he agreed with his reasoning however he was unsure about his part in the plan, setting his entire town on fire as a way to distract dragons and allow Eshkin to sneak in and challenge for the throne. He had always felt like his intense flame was something bad about himself and was something to hide if possible, the idea of it being useful in any way as foreign to him

Setting the town ablaze felt amazing, the fire inside him was gone for a moment and he felt like a 'normal' fire dragon. However the night after he felt terrible about what he had done, the destruction and pain that the flames caused, he wished he had never done it.

A lot of time has past since then, nowadays Ignatius works in smithing, using his flame to heat powerful furnaces and melting metal. It is a non-destructive way for him to relax his internal heat.
