~Theme song: Makna Forest from Xenoblade Chronicles~

"I would die for you again, my sweet"
Quote:
..The giant opened its eyes, taking in vision for the first time. The sensation of sight was too much for the creature, and cried out. The sounds of the world pierced his drums, stinging, hurting, pounding. He lay motionless for a time, but tried sight once more. Before him was a blur of purple and blue, hazy, but familiar. He felt uneasy as to what this all meant to him as an individual... Individual? "What an odd concept" thought the creature. Trees have no sense of self, you see. They see themselves as a forest, one body. He looked at the cool colored creature with a confident gaze. Whoever this thing was, he felt a strong desire to protect it with all his being. And so he did.

Aznaranth is one of the grumpiest dragons in existence. He always used to complain about his neck being cold, so Wren gave him a scarf. He still complains about his neck, but its now about it being sore. He acts like a grumpy old man.
Anzaranth sees no use in "petty fights" between dragonkin and beastkin. He thinks the fighting should be saved for life and death situations. His tolerance of their beastclan allies comes from the guidance the dunhoof centaurs gave him when the clan was still young, and the serthis who taught him how to be superior in battle.
The thing he chose to protect is his mate Wren. He loves Wren with all of his being.
