If you're trying to spread the plague, can you still call yourself a plague doctor?

From far off lands (Sornieth? Beyond? Who knows!) Alaris found fascination with disease of all kinds. Ordinarily this might land one in the Scarred Wasteland, but simple Plague plague was too boring for them. Instead they found their way to Astramor, searching for something even they can't quite name... And growing very interested in the drama surrounding local politics.
