AFFILIATION: ENIGMATICS
DESCRIPTION: Agate is one of the newest recruits to Ozensa’s intel-gathering unit. Unlike both Ozensa and Pearl, whom are both faceted like her, Agate is not blind. While this excludes her from the more elite ranks of the guard, her work is essential. She dedicates herself to transcribing and relaying the information which both Pearl and Ozensa gather- something that they struggle to do on their own.
Personality-wise, Agate is a young and playful dragon- a stark contrast to the other Pearlcatchers in her unit. She often tries to suppress her excitable personality and dedicate herself to her work, but often cannot keep her mischievous energy in check. This trait irritates both Ozensa and Pearl, but they try put up with it as best they can. Pearl in particular has a soft spot for Agate, and it is thought that behind her gruff exterior she thinks rather fondly of Agate.
It is believed that Agate is rather sympathetic toward The Outcasts, something which may land her in trouble in the future. Pearl tries to keep an eye on Agate and keep her in line so she doesn’t get into trouble, but she worries that one day Agate will let her emotions get the better of her, something which the phantoms of Pearl’s dreams whisper of...
