Raivelle

Raivelle had her name given to her by the matriarch Saichelle after she was given as a hatchling to the clan by her parents, members of the Revelers, from a time before the Revelers lived in the Scarred Wasteland or the Tangled Wood, before the Revelers were led by the Coatls named Puck or Ichthanil, but rather a Pearlcatcher named Comet, before they were even called the Revelers. Her allegiance, thus, for the most part, still lays with Arcane. Her still being here is a sign of the original alliance, a bond that has still not been broken, even with the death of the Arcane clan and the rise of the Plague and later Shadow among them, or their change in general leadership. Raivelle's name is, according to Saichelle, said to mean "trust". In reality, the name means nothing, but rather the similarity in sound does.

Her gembond tends to flake off once a year, giving the clan a supply of (unfortunately worthless) black gems, and giving her a brief month of relatively clear scales and easier mobility before the gems grow back again.
