most Starry Night fandragons I've seen use lapis star/con in some way, so yours is a pretty refreshing take on it! the combo of saturn & peacock matches the painting perfectly!

This is my first time seeing a dragon based off of a painting as far as I am aware and she looks fantastic! I love the choice of colors + genes, it matches the painting well. I especially like that Peacock matches the stars in the sky!

Aaaaah I love painting and paintings and this is such a neat, creative dragon - top-notch use and color of Peacock, and while it can be difficult to use Saturn in a way that really makes the use of the particular gene noteworthy, it's such a great choice here for reflecting the texture and movement of a van Gogh painting - same goes for the Ripple for the tree and the ground below the starry sky!! The leaves are also a lovely touch and great match!! ♥

i don't think i've ever seen a fandragon for a painting. this is really cool!
the gene and color choices are perfect, and i love the use of peacock! also the fam is great

Nice use of genes and colors to get the pattern of the painting down. Very pretty peacock, it matches the shine of the stars nicely. Peacock is a pain to use, I always have to test it out on every color in the range before I decide on one.
