//Might Edit down and add clan interaction information at some point\\ Hatched in the realm of the Arcanist, Ghast found herself with a dire thirst for knowledge. She prided herself more on her wit than she did on her physical strength. That's not to say she wasn't extremely overconfident in her physical ability though. Her thirst for knowledge and overconfidence in her strength lead her out of her birth clan and into the wilds of the Starfall Isles. Although she never ventured to far from the clan that she couldn't call upon them for help if needed. She roamed freely within the borders of the Isles for only a short time before she began to feel complacent. She had grown tired of her birth place and it's surrounding areas. When it was suggested that she explore different parts of the Isles it came as a shock to her clan mates that she bluntly refused the idea. The declaration that she would be heading for the Scarred Wasteland was even more of a shock. Although many tried to dissuade her, she was dead set on this new expedition. Her confidence in her ability to survive in the Wastes without issue was a dead giveaway to many of her past clan that she was not ready for such a feat. Too enticed by the prospect of learning about a new domain she barely even heard the warnings her friends gave as she readied for her expedition. No matter how many times she was reminded that she had never even ventured very far out of the clan's territory, Ghast was convinced she could not only easily manage the wilds between the clan and the boarder but that she would face little trouble in the Wasteland itself. She doesn't have much memory of the Wastes. However, she can vividly recall the border between them and the Isles. The site of things once familiar growing grotesque in front of her, at the time, was amazing. Her desire to explore and learn far outweighed her instincts and her growing dread. When finally she arrived at the border where soil and rock gave way to flesh and bone she barely stopped to gather herself before storming headfirst into the awaiting maw of the Plaugebringers domain. How she ended up on the opposite border is a mystery. She doesn't even have a very sound recollection of being found. |
