She came around one day and the Outpost was basically swarming with unkept familiars so everyone just kind of desperately pitched in to hire this cowboy woman of irresistible strength and now she cares for the Outpost's herd of livestock and also handles any weird wild animals.

Genuivere is her temporarily-hired help- the manticore's on the younger side, but she's fairly strong and energetic and is really good at wrassling all of the smaller creatures that need attention while Thalia is off somewhere trying to wrestle a Roc off a roof.
