"I just need time." Loretta said as she meticulously dripped a liquid into a potion. She worked with precision, set on finding the cure.


"I just need time." Loretta said once again as she frantically looked through her drawers for something. Something. It wasn't there. When was the last time she bought ingredients?


"I just need time." Loretta's voice was slow, almost calm, betraying the scales that dripped onto the ground. She'd get it one day.


"I just need time." Loretta yawned, fatigued. She drank a potion before continuing with her work. Her movements were haphazard, accidentally spilling a brew in the process. She'd get it one day.

"Now you have all the time in the world." Thymara said as she closed the cell door. This Shade-sickness couldn't spread anymore.
