"Mmhm, yep. Wow, that's interesting. Beastclan, right. Glad to know that's taken care of. Thanks for your service, I think."

This was just about the worst Monday Janet had ever been through, in her life. And Janet had seen her fair share of Mondays.
Far too many phone calls (none from her son,) a headache of a case, and an entire mocha spilled all over the elevator floor when someone shoved her. All in a day's work for Missouri's most overworked divorce lawyer.
Oh, and she got turned into a dragon after taking a wrong turn at the subway and falling into a portal. But really, that's the least of her problems right now.

Now a "temporary" resident of the guild she woke up as a dragon next to, Janet's only goals are to get back to her dead-end job, and maybe teach these dragons a thing or two about law and order. And maybe see if a certain Coatl named Corn is less draconic than he seems...
