Beelzebub is from a kingdom long lost, somewhere in the past where ice and plague met. Far from Sorienth, and now lost to time.
In this new world, Beelzebub is a dragon who likes to get to the point, and the point is usually that ze isn't someone you want to cross. As a dragon who doesn't know much about local customs, hir instinct is to treat things the way ze would from hir world of origin, which is through less empathy and more force. Since ze has forgotten most of hir world of origin, ze feels even more dead-set in hir ways, clinging to them as a final shred of connection to home.
Although ze seems cold to most, ze does hir best to let others know that ze doesn't mean anything personal by this - ze just wants to do what's best for the sake of those close to hir, and if that means any sacrifices along the way, so be it.
Ze has a strong bond with hir partner Beleth, who is one of the only other dragons ze believes understands hir approach to things. They are both working together to rediscover the location of where Beelzebub came from, and if ze can go back to visit someday.
Aside from that, ze enjoys helping hir clan be as best it can be, and gathering items. Ze rarely holds onto them for hirself (aside from certain textures ze's fascinated by) - instead, ze gives them to the dragons of hir guild, because they remind hir of them.
