The Keyblade from which Decisive Pumpkin was pulled was practically an embodiment of the spirit of giving. Or at least, something that aspired to the spirit of giving.

In the days leading up to the Night of the Nocturne celebration, Decisive Pumpkin disappears from the lair. In her place, dragons from all over find colorfully wrapped gifts of sweets or toys. Decisive Pumpkin spends most of the year making these gifts, then towards the end of the year she rewards dragons who she deems sufficiently nice. You can commission her specific gifts for specific dragons as well, though many who work with her find her overbearing and saccharine.
