Fulgur is our flight teacher. He's very dedicated at his task and spends way too much time taking his student's progress at heart. He's also very concerned about them and talks a lot about them with Catheire - the two Skydancers soon became best friends. Fulgur is one of the few chosen relatives allowed to read Catheire's writings and is by far her biggest and most supportive fan. He in fact loves her fanfiction and they have multiple fandoms in common. He's cheering her up a lot when it comes to the subject of finding her a mate, which she would really like ... but never had the courage to try.

He always tries to set flying competitions in the clan and even if it's not the most sportive crowd here, he had his usual challenger friends - the first of them being Oraes. Fulgur was immediately very interested in his flying surf board technique, as he was concerned about his most shy and land-bound students. Oraes was very pleased Flugur didn't judge him, and that's how her friendship began.

Fulgur is a skilled flyer, rather quick and especially good with acrobatics, but is not really the best in anything.
He suffered from this when he was younger (countless races and challenges were lost in anger), but is now learning to accept his abilities and to try to become better while in peace with himself.
And to be honest, he's also a great teacher.
