Mancenilius is a very sociable dragon born especially attuned to Nature's energy, and also highly toxic on touch. Contact with any part of his body will result in intense pain and, if prolonged, death. He is desperate that he can't get actual physical contact with people that are not highly protected, and as a result feels rather isolated.
This strange mutation made him question its identity as a Nature dragon a lot, and that's part of the reason why he decided to live his birth clan when his best friend Scorius took his leave for an apprenticeship in ally clan Ogrenat. He hopes that becoming the clan's Nature leywarden will help him feel valid as a Nature dragon.
The other part of the reason why he came to Ogrenat is because he heard of the Academy of Alchemy's progress towards curing rare and complicated magic ailments and maledictions, and he hopes someone among the mages would be able to help with his own problem of toxicity.

Mancenilius, appart from his duties as leywarden, spends a lot of time with the Academy of Alchemy, in order to keep learning medicine and healing magic, which he trained very early in order to be able to mitigate its toxicity's effects.
