Deskune

The Dark and Bright Glasses are incredibly ancient magical implements, capable, in legend, of showing the world through the eyes of a deity. Ayarya and Nos, seeking out the magical impulses of these items deep underground, ended up in a battle in Tezmet's chamber. The Glasses were blasted by Tezmet's pressurised magic and transformed into Nocturnes, which scurried away into the darkness.

When Idahadi came upon his hereditary powers, the influx of Ice magic into Colette Enterprises' airship shifted the elemental balance enough for another lingering force to blossom - Deskune, the Glass that reflected the Icewarden's merciless vision. Capable of surviving the forces wailing out of Idahadi's body, Deskune was swiftly taught to perform errands and deliver messages from him, and so brought onto the payroll of Colette Enterprises, as so many strange beings were before them.
