Captain is an average-sized Spiral with deep blue skin and blue Jupiter lines across their body. They have white wings, and wear a white scarf that matches the wing’s color. Typically, Captain wears over-the-top pirate apparel, and they pride themself over their reputation as a “pretty ok” seaman. They have a bright orange Ghost pattern all over their body, which tends to draw attention to them. They have typical Shadow eyes. Underneath all of their apparel, Captain has mermaid-like gills and fins on their sides and neck, which allows them to easily breathe underwater.

Personality-wise, Captain is extremely smug and rather annoying. They enjoy attention from whoever they can get it from, and pesters those around them to shower them in praise and affection; however, they never stick around long enough to make solid friends. Captain doesn't like being kept in one place at a time, so they tend to move erratically from place to place. Wherever they end up next, it's typically well-known about their whereabouts by the next day due to gossip about the dragon...

Captain is a wandering traveler who specializes in traversing the sea and fishing. They can hold their breath for what seems to be hours at a time, and the children that they've met have taken to calling them a mermaid of sorts. Captain also loves to play (and cheat) dice games. They have an impeccable poker face, yet an inability to stay serious. When they decide that they've had enough in one area, they'll disappear without a single farewell; though they might disappear for ages at a time, they always come back eventually to catch up with the fellows they've met and to tell widly spun tales of their time at sea. Captain dislikes making friends, but has quite the aptitude for keeping others within arm's reach in case they get themself in a pickle.
