Commission by Ado
Phosphor was hatched in caverns deep underneath shadow flight territory. The only light available down there was bio-luminescent mushrooms and magics. Eventually it started growing into her feathers and the constant eating of the mushrooms and other plants found that deep started to cause Phosphor to release her own bio-luminescence. The lack of any meaningful light along with the eating of magical plants resulted in her eyes becoming non-functioning and producing magical sludge instead.

Now that she is in the ice flight she does not like coming out of the deeper parts of the fortress, and prefers to be in the dark, feeling her way around the tunnels deep within the floes.

Oh man, I have a weakness for glowy dragons, especially cyan ones... The combination of Phosphor's genes and apparel is fantastic, and I love that she matches her familiar! Also, A+ lore, I especially like the bit about the eyes. Very creative!

Phosphor my beloved. This lovely lady is probably my favorite in your whole lair. I love her neon/bioluminscent look an unhealthy amount. The Cyan Runes are a perfect pop of brightness, the hints of purple in her wings match her eyes, Constellation even gives her little glowing flecks in her leg and tail floofs and I am just?? I am in love with her. The apparel is sparse, but that honestly adds to her looks. The little bit of mushrooms paired with the brightness of the wisps are a perfect accent to her other colors. Her little bit of lore is wonderful as well, and I adore the portrait of her too. She is a bioluminescent mushroom queen.

I love glowing looking dragons and Phosphor is so pretty! The colors on her are great too, and i love the fact that she doesn't need much apparel to look great because she is so gorgeous by herself! The thing i love most about her is the gene combination between constellation and runes, so magical <3

OH MY ARCANIST LOOK AT THIS BEAUTIFUL, GORGEOUS LADY <333 runes is one of my weaknesses. esp. when they are a shade of blue that make the tert really pop. and boy it does shine against the dark colors of Phosphor's prim and sec. her apparel really is a case of "less is more", as the simplistic look just conveys everything i need to know and feel about her. incorporating the shadow primal into her lore was amazing, and WOW im kind of jealous of the art you got for her, i can tell you cherish her a lot <3
