Once a great thief in his younger days, Albert has spent this last decade playing by the law of the land in order to build his platform for power. Unable to take the 'Lupin' title, he sets his sights for the French Prime Ministry.

Albert is an eccentric man, dead-set on his goals and willing to do whatever it takes in order to get there. He's not above getting his hands dirty. Even to his partner, Tickey, he keeps himself to himself, never revealing to anyone his true intentions. Nothing is more tantalizing to him than getting his way in style.

As a dragon, Albert is less wondered by the circumstances and more just frustrated. How is he supposed to garner rapport as some giant worm? Well, it could be worse.
