Clarisse de Cagliostro
Ruler of the Grand Duchy of Cagliostro
"I have nothing to steal! Well, except for the furniture.."
The current ruler of the sovereign nation of Cagliostro, Clarisse is one of many of the fleeting connections Lupin's gang has had.

Though a ruler, Clarisse as a person is anything but. She was always shy and pliant, and it was only after the events of Lupin III's heist upon her castle that her spirit for adventure and thrill finally realized itself. Though cemented in an environment that was anything but dangerous, Clarisse tried to compensate by being a voracious reader of penny novellas.

Now that she's a dragon, Clarisse can finally embrace the life of an explorer. To not have the burden of a kingdom is something that has only been a boon to her sense of self.
