Wisteria a adventurer at heart has traveled to many of the regions in flight rising. Though having seen many of the regions, she still finds a forever home in homeland of The Windswept Plateau.

She has lived close to Lavender Hollow her whole life as a hatchling before she finally shoved off to see the rest of the Plateau and maybe the whole world. On one sunny day she returned to the small cave she called base, to find someone sniffing through her treasures. That was the day she had met her new traveling companion Basil, a hyperactive and talkative lavender Coatl.
They became friends after the younger dragon wouldn't stop asking her questions about her trips and treasures. After some pestering and stubborn puppy eyes, Wisteria finally broke away from her lonely, solitary life. Wisteria still shy and unused to speaking to others could only smile as the Coatl would fill the silent space.

The thing that really bought them closer was talk of leaving the Windswept Plateau and seeing the rest of the world. The two have traveled many parts of the region and still are discussing more places to see and experience, maybe if you're lucky you'll see them in passing.
