Biography
Sa'Shevira is one of several of a species of drake called 'manatails' which in their original forms and location in the valley of the Crystalwood, home of the cireln, were voiceless and wild servant mounts bound to the land's Skyguard led by Skylord Sanrathel.
Easily one of the two strangest occurrences since Eldanareth/Enthelon brought the survivors of their world's apocalypse here was the change that befell the manatails that were rescued: They gained the ability to speak and took the forms of Imperial dragons. It is taking both them and their former riders time to acclimate to their change, but also to the wisdom they seem to have inherited.
Only the noble line of manatails and a few others of distinguished valor and temperament were able to be rescued due to the large possibility that they would be difficult to rein in when brought to a new and unknown world, though among them a few were chosen for positions of leadership due to their pride, bravery, willingness to take charge and most strangely the ease to which they've taken to their new forms and the expectations of their new habitat. It seems to help that the Southern Icefields are extremely similar to their original natural environment and they've all become dedicated scouts for the clan.
Sa'shevira, while third in the female side of manatail heirarchy behind Sanrathel's Sa'Sharezza and Denkeeper Vilnrydel's Sa'Shasadiss, was the first to realize and tirelessly train her ability to speak and interact with her former masters and partners and thus is now one of the three female manatail matriarchs. The three male leaders remain the only three survivors of the Great Exodus besides the hatchlings: Soran'Vykoir is the male leader, Soran'Avaris his second and the third and battle-strongest who retained his single-minded aggressively protective attitude is Narilash, though due to that aggressiveness he has little power to give orders. He is nonetheless in a position of respect for his sharpness of the senses and proven insightfulness against potential threats.
(Sa'Sharezza, Sa'Shasadiss, Soran'Vykoir, Soran'Avaris and Narilash will likely make it to this tab one day but as of now they don't exist just yet! And as a matter of trivia, Sa'Shevira was the second dragon I ever purchased with Ethatar of the Yadra being the first.)
