Jaxon

Jaxon had been coming to Le Cirque his entire life. He remembered his first visit as a hatchling with the other members of Clan Aquaphilia then as a young dragon traveling alone to be surrounded by the lights, sound, and magic. It was on one of his solo journeys that he was attacked. His foe moved in the darkness with such speed it could not be seen. There was only the whooshing sound as each blow was struck. In a matter of moments the powerful dragon was left alone and very wounded.

The sun had risen and fallen before he was found by a group of dragons in search of Le Cirque. One of their party ran ahead and found Mykal not far off patrolling. Together they brought the formidable dragon to Elska where in time he healed all but for his sight.

It was a early morning when he could sense something joyous near him and it gave him a slight thrill a kind female dragon announced herself and offered to help him learn his way around. As they worked their way through the quiet circus grounds she was so charmed by him and he of her. It was then Veela wondered if her senses were right. She removed her pendant and other than a twitch of ear and nose nothing changed in the way Jaxon responded to her. For whatever reason his injuries had made him immune to what she felt was her curse and she knew the feelings they were expressing were real.

It did not take long for Jaxon to find his place in Le Cirque, his sight was gone but he was keen in all of his other sense and became a valuable member in many aspects of the clan from seeking rare plants to hearing approaching dragons from miles away.

It was a life he never expected but one that gave him great joy.
