Suncatcher is a good-natured dragon that gets along with almost everyone. She stands up for her friends and protects them if necessary which is only one of the many qualities that make her a great leader. Being sensitive to cold, she loves the sun and warmer climate which is why her friends named her 'Suncatcher' after a while. Her biggest weakness is everything made out of gold. This dragon is a big hoarder and loves to wear beautiful apparel. | hhhhhhhh |

Suncatcher was born in the Cloudscrape Crags. She lost her parents when she was a hatchling and can't remember them. Since she didn't know how to hunt for herself, she was very hungry and frightened when she was found by a Wolpertinger-family. Against all odds, they helped her to survive in the cold and harsh environment. Later Suncatcher protected them instead and one of her "sisters" even came with her when she finally left the family. Soon after that she met other dragons and became fast friends with them. Their names were Variana and Ryshio. Together they traveled through the Icefields and dreamed of founding a big clan together. But Suncatcher wanted to leave the Southern Icefield first. She had always hated the cold and felt like she needed to leave it behind to be truly free. The other two didn't mind leaving their place of birth and followed her lead. Together they flew across the sea toward the Windswept Plateau where they found a nice home at the Zephyr Steppes. Here, they lay the foundation for their Clan which was soon joined by Liandao and other curious dragons. | hhhhhhhh |

The female Wolpertinger named 'Pluma' belonged to the family of Wolpertingers who adopted Suncatcher. When the dragon came into their family, Pluma was very young too and felt like Suncatcher was her (very) big sister. She never left her side and even came with her when she left the family behind. Pluma shares her big sisters interest in beautiful and sparkly things, especially the necklace Suncatcher gifted to her. | hhhhhhhh |

Those two met in the Windswept Plateau when Suncatcher and her friends went there to found their own clan. Liandao war a bit territorial and often fought with the three friends. One day, Suncatcher and Liandao were fighting about prey and came upon a small Imperial dragon named Ascent. That one was hurt pretty badly, and they immediately forgot their skirmish, trying to safe the little one. Together, they nursed him back to full health and became friends in the wake of it. After that the two imperial dragons joined the small clan and Liandao soon became Suncatchers lover. | hhhhhhhh |
