| She had only meant to pass through, to get to a place where she could learn the path of the warrior. The Shadows were too soft, aiming for corruption and dark magic rather than brute strength. She searched for strong warriors, fighters, even dragons who trained as assassins. But as she passed through the Scarred Wastelands, Sirrush heard of a coalition of warriors. She sought them out and quickly proves herself worthy to train as a warrior for their cause. She watched many different dragons display their skills, however, Purson was probably the nicest one of the cause. Under him, she trained and became stronger. |

| What once was eagerness quickly grew to disgust. The vile stench filled pits of thick ooze and syrupy puss seeped deep into her fur, threatening to rot. It did not help that as she trained, many dragonkind made fun of her. What is an Ancient doing here? they jabbed. She must be so dumb as to need help from us Modern, the superior versions of them. Sirrush should never have left the Tangled Wood. At least there she was revered for her ability to blend in with the shadows. She was one of the strong. What did not help her were the nasty Bogsneaks, who let the ooze drip from their hideous bodies. They were unsightly but highly recognized for they could See. Some saw the future, some saw the truth. Whatever they saw, freaked her out. Sirrush hated them and this land and vowed that once she was strong enough, she’d ditch the coalition and live amongst the Tangled Wood once more. Here, she was gloomy and depressed, but she focused that on her studies and waited for the right moment to flee. |
