Lore:
Keeper of Badges. No one knows how she got into the clan, where she came from, where she'll next bring someone to view her collection, or how she got those badges.

Background:
Regina spotted a dragon she knew she hadn't seen it yet.

"Hullo!" she zipped in front of their face. "I'm Regina!"

"Oh, hi, I'm--"

"I have to show you! Follow me!"

She flew off, darting away, then back some to make sure the other dragon was following. The new captive raised a brow, then cautiously followed.

"Yes, yes! You should move faster now! Follow!"

Zipping down the path of the clan lair, she occasionally doubled back to check on the wary and confused dragon's progress, shouting encouragements at the progress and cheering for faster moving.

Eventually, the dragon following Regina made it to her own humble abode.

"See! See! Lookit!" Regina eagerly bounded over the the display case.

"A...are those...?"

"Badges!" she excited affirmed.

"Oh, okay," the dragon nodded. "How... how did you...?"

"The matriarch got them from something, and then didn't know what to do with them, so now I have them!"

"You know Tiant?"

"Mmmmm, I know OF Tiant."

"Do you... know who I am?"

"No! You're a new face, so that meant you hadn't seen my collection!"

"Oh, well, I'm Dignis."

"Do you like my badges, Mr. Dignis?"

He looked at the meager collection.

"Certainly."

"Yay!"

"Tiant?"

"Yes, Dignis?" the matriarch looked up from her documentation.

"When did we get the Fae named Regina? She looks like she was originally from the Shadow Flight."

"I don't know who you're talking about. You should probably check with Arche about it."

"Well, Regina said you gave her some badges."

"What?"

"She showed me a few badges and said they were from you."

"I never gave the badges to anyone. I just kind of tossed them into the Archive bin."

"Huh..."

"Dad, what do I owe the pleasure?" Arche didn't look up from what she was writing.

"You're a lot like your mother," Dignis remarked.

"Is that why you're here?"

"Ah, no. Do you know anything about the Shadow Fae, Regina?"

Sighing, Arche finally put down her righting utensil, then moved to a bookcase, taking down one of her journals. Flipping through it, she stopped and her brow creased.

"Well, I have an entry, but..."

She turned the book so that Dignis could see the careful, beautifully organized script throughout the page, then, scribbled on the the bottom, in the space likely left as purposeful margin, next to a date out of order with the above entries:
"Shadow Fae Regina :)" and a paw print of a fae in lieu of the usual signature at the end of an entry.

"Oh..." Dignis merely remarked.

"It doesn't even have who authorized her adoption into the clan," Arche muttered in disgust as she shut the book.

"I don't think your mother did, and I certainly don't remember doing it."

"Well, obviously it wasn't me, either," Arche scoffed.

"Obviously," Dignis genuinely agreed. "Oh, what did you do with those badges that you were supposed to archive?"

"Archived them and put them into the Hoard Vault."

"Oh, dear..."

"Why?"

"Well, we'll see."

"So then I asked Hortus where she'd brought HIM to look at the badges, and apparently it was in yet ANOTHER part of the lair! That's three other places she's brought someone to look at her badges. Should we be concerned?"

Altus stroked his chin a little, then shook his head, smiling.

"Has she done anything beside liberate these badges and show them off?"

"No."

"Well, I don't see anything wrong. If she makes herself a pest in the future, maybe you should track her down, but for now, she's just a... clan conundrum of sorts."

"Fair point..."

"She hasn't shown me her collection, yet. Do you want me to catch her if she does?"

Dignis stared at Altus for a moment, then shook his head.

"You're right. The only 'crime' she committed was her taking the badges, but... well, as long as she knows she needs to ask permission from now on, it doesn't hurt anything."
