Nannerl

Nannerl the necromancer revived her younger brother, formerly [REDACTED]. It was quite an annoyance having to locate the unmarked grave he ended up in thanks to his less than stellar spending habits. She had planned to tell him off after giving him a hug, but he kept clinging to her and started crying.

She keeps her brother, now known as Theophilus, around as an apprentice. Of course, he spends more time in the piano room fiddling with keys, papers, and quills, but sometimes he helps out with basic menial work when his hands are seeming to fail him at the keyboard.

Necromancy wasn't Nannerl's first choice, but she never had the same glamour her brother received in music and she knew she never would. The path to this point was an odd and winding one involving being left home with her mother many times, a frequently sick brother, and a handful of mice from the back garden. In other words, a story for another time.
