While new to the family, it is hard to imagine the clan functioning without Lorus, who's responsible and organised nature aids in keeping things in order. He assists in managing the clan's finances and resources alongside the deputy while acting as an advisor to the leader. He is also in charge of the clan's records. Having so many duties may sound overwhelming, and on occasions it is, however for the most part Lorus deals with the pressure well, always having a cool head, though he admits that having such supportive clan mates helps a lot. He is viewed as something of a gentleman, generally being well-mannered with a good sense of humour. Even when he does get too stressed or loses his temper, Lorus will always apologise for the loss of his patience and will attempt to make amends. This, combined with his helpful nature lands him in the good graces of many that he happens to meet.
Lorus' enthusiasm to cooperate means he may forget to give himself some sort of break, but luckily for him his mate is always around to remind him. He met her in the region of Light while travelling around Sornieth to study different cultures and other dragons breeds. He found himself enchanted with her in a way he had never felt with any other dragon, and was quick to start courting her, though his eagerness did nothing to drive Queenie away. The pair, despite being such different breeds and of different elements, just seemed to click, and it wasn't long before Lorus had a new and permanent travelling companion. While he enjoyed his studies, Lorus eventually grew wary of having no stable 'home', and in addition to this Queenie was talking about wanting to start a family. Initially, he had wanted to visit the land of the Arcanist one last time before finding a home with Queenie in her birth region, however their plans changed upon encountering Nefera. The Skydancer was swayed enough by this charismatic Fae that she showed them into Luna Hollows as guests for a few days. Upon seeing how happy and content his mate was around this clan, Lorus suggested that they stay a while longer, though somehow 'a while' became a lot longer than he'd anticipated. Not that he minded in the least - he was satisfied with this place, with these dragons, and he'd never seen Queenie so at peace around others as much as she was. He may not have planned on joining a clan, or on taking on any of the dragons he's surrounded by as his family, but they now mean the world to him; he has no regrets about staying. |

You enter a structure that has been incorporated into the trunk of a large, sturdy tree. You step inside, attention mostly focused on the Fae sitting behind the desk towards the back of this apparent office. He waits patiently until you have finished eyeing the shelves lined with books, binders and a variety of knick-knacks. As you approach, you note that he has a few books and papers laid out in front of him.
"Greetings, traveller! I am Lorus. I was told you're interested in some plans that the clan may have in the future. Here's what I have at the moment..." He shuffles some papers around on the desk, reading through them swiftly. "To raise more funds for matters such as lair space and gene projects, the leadership team have decided to make plans for raffles and giveaways, featuring dragons with the Starmap and Constellation genes and Blossom Gaolers, since they seem to be favoured throughout Sornieth." "Again regarding the idea of raising funds, our leader has suggested we offer training services and the use of our Arcane nests, though these concepts are yet to be implemented." "In terms of the status of our members, we are all here and accounted for, with no visitors currently staying with us. Also, while we are a small clan, we are cautious of accepting new residents due to lair space and funds, unless we encounter a dragon that makes a suitable mate for a current resident.
