Siinovyn

A simple waitress, she calls herself. She moves with an almost frightening grace, having not dropped, let alone broken, broken a single dish in her time at The Oasis. She carries with her the scent of the sea on a cool day, like fog and salt and the lighthouse's beam not quite reaching. Captain Baudelaire can often be seen talking to her in hushed tones at an empty table in the back of the restaurant in the days before her ship leaves port, as Siinovyn nods or shakes her head at her suggestions.

Most other times though, she speaks brightly. She'll trade jokes and stories with those coming to visit for the first time or the fortieth, with care to remember names and faces.

The polite ones smile and thank her when she brings them their planned order as they sit down. If she remembers them through a breed change and six scatterscrolls, then that's just committed service. Best not to mention the impolite ones to their friends and families.
