Makunouchi

He was tormented by his former clanmates for the poor quality of his small hoard. His family was hardworking and had as much as they needed, and he did all he could to contribute. As soon as he could, he took his family to the Starbound clan, a much calmer and more egalitarian society that gave his mother some breathing room. There, he met a dragon who inspired him with his elegant, precise pursuit of his goals. Miyata kept him at arm's length for years before softening up towards him. With reaching Miyata's high level of competence as his initial goal, he found a reason to take up his own passion. His mother always supported him no matter what he wanted to do in life, so when he learned how to fight, he was humble and never forgot his roots.

He's highly naive and kind, which inclines him to see the best in dragons. He, too, is trying to be his best and has devoted himself to both protecting his new clan and his own spiritual journey. He may look intimidating during training or battles, but under his sharp talons is a fragile soul.
