Cygnus

Cygnus, named for the constellation of the Swan, came to the Midnight den in the middle of a snowstorm, his feathers caked with ice and barely conscious. Norea, who had been sitting by the cave entrance watching the snow, heard his familiar crying out. With the help of her ice spirit, she was able to reach him and bring him back to the den. The only words he said before passing out were "Thank you." Over time, he and Norea became fast friends. They told each other everything, and loved to play together. They shared interests, favorite games and animals and the like. As the world turned and time passed, friendship blossomed into something more. The swan and the north wind; inseparable, much to the chagrin of Norea's father, Vox, who would much rather see his little girl safe than with a vagabond.
