Aither was born in the Shoredeep Presage, with a strong gift to the Sight, he can see glimpses of the future in the starts reflected in bodies of water and it was through his visions that he arrived at Patera.
He helped many dragons through the years and countless small and bigger disasters were avoided because of his gift, cementing his place in Patera as someone invaluable. Despite his gift Aither is also a dedicated schollar and astronomer... it's a bit hard to notice all of that with his personality tough, he's a bit... eccentric.
Aither have a deep connection with the night skies and loves with all his soul everything related to it, including the Arcanist, he's still very much devoted to the Tidelord, but his heart is big enough for more than one deity to workship, or so he says.
