Skydancers are not usually known for excellent fighting skills, or indeed fighting at all. The rather docile breed prefers to trade, or stick to the peaceful sidelines of a fight. In this scenario, Vaden is an outlier. The very definition of a powerful woman, Vaden's best suitable title would be 'Warrior Princess.' A democratic and passionate woman, regal and thorough, who can also very capably kill any enemy which stands in her way. That wonderful emerald gleam is a sign which all under the Gladekeeper's residence know- they know that paths should not be crossed with this dangerous dame. The green light which bounces from the gems embedded within her form is a sight her enemies have learned to rightfully fear; gems which signify regality may also signify danger. Akin to a poisonous dart frog, those bright colours are a hearty warning. Her sides are draped in the finest white silken dressing, coupled with masterfully smithed fine armours, silver and iron melted into thin filigree is laced around her tail. The flutter of her silk scarves in the wind when she flies could be compared to the luminous banner of an encroaching army, while resembling soft deities ballooning through clouds when she lands and they float down, tugged inevitably by gravity. Her body is thin and fine, a build one wouldn't expect to be powerful. But Vaden defies all expectations to protect those that she loves. A swift kick will gracefully end anything that would even consider harming her family, or her friends. She is the culmination of the phrase, 'Do not judge a book by its cover.' |
