What's with this sassy... lost child?

Caelum didn't so much become a part of the clan as wander in one day and just decide they belonged there. They do absolutely nothing but bother the rest of the clan, poking in and asking what's the purpose of this or that. No one's all that close to them, but most in the clan feel strangely compelled to take care of them and treat them like a baby, despite the fact that they've been in the clan far longer than some of the adult dragons.

Also, whenever they overview any of the clan's fortune-seeking ventures - especially anything that Blur puts together - things tend to go perfectly? For some reason? It's kind of horrifying? When Byzantium was messing with cosmetic magics, she claims that Caelum followed her into the deepest part of the Strand and just sat there, ominously, and she ended up with the pretty green and red hues she has now. They didn't even say anything about it, just smiled at her and said something about death coming for us all.

So yeah, it's not totally out of the question that Caelum is just a dragon affected by one of those eternal youth spells who just likes messing with everyone and pretending to be a dumb kid. It's also totally possible that they're some kind of primordial luck god that similarly likes messing with everyone and pretending to be a dumb kid. But we're just going to look the other way so that we don't jinx it.
