Biography

WILLIAM FRANKENSTEIN

William is the younger brother of Victor. Growing up under Justine and Elizabeth the young fae often heard tales of the scientist. Hardly recalling the memories of his brother he clung to this image. The brilliant Fae who believed that every question must be asked. His intelligence and drive of such great renown his name was known across the Windswept Plateau. This fostered young William’s love to find answers to all his questions. What exactly was it that made the world function? This became a driving force for the young Fae having to grow without the presence of his blood related family. Justine said he looks like his mother-both of them beautiful inside and out. They had so much love to offer to those around them. He found it sweet that his mother’s image in him could bring others joy. He was so young when she passed. It was around that time his older brother left. This often left the young Fae to wonder if his brother too would find joy in him looking like their mother. He looked forward to meeting Victor again. Until then he had a loving family in justine and Elizabeth. Whenever the young fae wasn’t playing he was exploring the world around him. There was just so much he didn’t understand. Why was it they fought Beastclan? Why did clans fight wars? Why did Windsinger care about them? There was just so much he did not understand. And learning with those around him was just so fun he could not understand why others wouldn’t question the world around them.

FAMILY

One day while playing with Justine William left the safety of their clan in the Cloudsong. He flew off into the Reedcleft Ascent to play hide n seek. While giggling to himself before him appeared an Imperial with a great many scars. His body a patchwork of scales and stitches. The large dragon’s antlers were duller than the rest of him causing his long mane to stand out all the more with it’s shine. The Imperial called out his name asking him to play with him. The imperial named Adam said he knew William’s family. The two played with each other with childish innocence until Justine found them. She was horrified and pulled William protectively behind her to protect him from the ‘monster’. Adam looked so hurt at her words. Before anything more could be said a bright green Fae zipped by towards Adam chattering a million miles an hour. The tiny dragon cooed over the Imperial with more vocal emotions than was common with Faes. With the appearance of the thin dragon Justine let out a gasp. Apparently it was William’s older brother Victor! The skydancer couldn’t say more to Victor before William leapt at the Fae to embrace him. Oh how he missed the absent brother! The bond they shared could not be broken with time or his faded memory. Oh, what a great joy it was to be with the one he had admired and idolized for so long. His brother was a lot smallerr than he thought he would be. William knew all Faes were small but his brother seemed especially frail. That day will forever be a cherished one in William’s memory. The day he was reunited with his brother and the day he met his nephew, Adam. his world was about to become so much merrier.

RESEARCHER

After moving to the Enderborn Clan William became Relictus’ apprentice. The scholar was constantly scounting the Scarred Wasteland. Now that he was older William spent less time playing and focused more on how to answer the questions he has held onto since childhood. What better way to understand the answers than to learn more of the land and the world around him? His travels helped to sharpen his claws and elemental abilities. While fighting was something he avoided he felt pride in his improved abilities. It made him feel more responsible. William wanted to be able to protect his family as much as they had protected him growing up. Especially Victor and Adam. His older brother was so ill and Adam so susceptible to other’s metaphorical claws. With his studies the Fae dragon gained many opportunities to strike conversations with friendly nomads. The intricacies of different clans and the dragon’s reasonings behind clanless lives could give insight to his probing questions. Williams feels with each day he grows closer to finding out what makes the world function.
