Shey

Shey arrived nearly the same day as Exotic, and under very similar circumstances. She too had decided to seek her own destiny and choose a clan to call her own. She wanted a clan she could choose for herself rather than being born into one. Unlike Exotic though, Shey knew she wanted to stay the moment Tetti and Yael offered a bed for the night. The noise and clutter of the relatively newly founded clan delighted her. Upon receiving permission to stay, she made herself right at home.

Shey took a long time to chose a profession. She most often considering healing, as the clan had no healers when she arrived. She did her best to learn from travelers, but had no proper teacher for a long time. She and her mate Yugo commandeered a corner of Exotic's garden to grow useful herbs and hoped they they might find someone proper to study under, wishing to be of more use to Yael when he did stupid things. The two did rather well as the healers with what minimal knowledge they had, and though Shey was always hungry to learn more, Yugo was content to be an assistant in her endeavors.

As the clan grew, the two did their best to care for all the scrapes and bruises, but it wasn't until Morion joined that the two were able to begin a true education in the field of medicine. Yugo quickly found that he was not actually as interested in the trade, though he was still always willing to lend a hand when asked. Shey, however, retained her interest and studies under Morion. The two have become quite the team. She is always eager to learn something new or to help him treat a patient.

[Familiar swapped because it was awakened, and will be back when others are awakened] Shey's familiar is a driftwood gem guardian. She and the creature met during her first Trickmurk Circus with this clan. The little guardian, pleased that they both hailed from the same flight, immediately hid within Shey's shaggy fur during their first meeting and has scarcely left her side since.
