Bob was bitten by a Goliath Mountain Beetle. It's still on him, he can't get it off, it seems to have grown into his veins. The bite changed him, he's angry, irritable, doesn't want to interact with anyone. His teeth and claws have rotted out. He's hungry all the time, no matter what he eats, nothing seems to satisfy him- or maybe the Beetle. Now Bob hides and eats what wildlife he can, trying to deny that little part of him that wants to do those horrible things. He thinks he can control his anger, his hunger, for now... the Beetle seems to be burrowing further into him though. This won't end well.
