  • northern kingdom is known for its scholars and alchemists.
  • has the most extensive libraries that host millions upon millions of ancient scrolls and texts.
  • also home to adriavi athenaeum, the largest library in neran. is the location of a lot of religious secrets and other otherworldly knowledge. only vysseria, myrtilos, and hesperis know the location of this library. not even the crown or southern kingdom religious officials know where this library is. the knowledge of its location is passed down from generation to generation.
  • a hundred years ago, there was an uprising similar to the french revolution and almost destroyed the entire house adriav because the knowledge keepers at that time refused to give the revolters the location of the athenaeum. thus, all of the usurpers were cast out and became the western kingdom. it is because of this that the dragons in the northern kingdom are so haughty and unwilling to accept outsiders.
  • have close ties to the eastern kingdom, and supply them with much knowledge in return for gold and riches. they use these riches to build more observatories and continue their pursuit of knowledge.
  • the dragons who developed the toxins regent uses live in the northern kingdom, as well as most architects and other scientists.
  • the common saying goes that with youth comes wisdom. it is unknown whether this is true or not.
