The younger brother, Rasiel is quite often in the shadow of his intense, standoffish older brother, Asmodeus. Despite this, he has a very deep love and devotion towards his brother and would do anything for him. His beloved older brother often refers to him as his 'shadow', which Rasiel is completely fine with and rather likes. While the two are polar opposites in personality, they are very, very close - Rasiel and Asmodeus share everything. Even though Rasiel is a very secretive, independant, loner type, he keeps nothing from his elder brother. They share everything from meals, to fights, to even mates - any who would vy for the attention of one must be willing to tolerate the other at the very least, because the brothers are a package deal.

Rasiel is not often far from his brother, disliking straying - where one goes, the other follows, so it isn't unusual to talk to Asmodeus and have Rasiel chime in even if you hadn't even realized the Coatl was there. In fact, a conversation with Asmodeus and Rasiel is often headache inducing - they talk in turns, often finishing each other's sentences and jumping between topics with no clear rhyme or reason, making conversation a bit disjointed and hard to follow for most.

Rasiel by himself is a much different beast then the one found alongside his brother - alone, Rasiel is a much more timid dragon, even quieter then usual, and will endeavor to return to his brother's side at any cost. If unable, he will become increasingly cold, distant, and closed off until such a time that they are reunited.

To others, he is very polite, almost even kind, and very calm and level-headed. He has to be - with the raging fire that is Asmodeus, at least one of them has to keep their head, and Rasiel is the one that is most often able to calm Asmodeus down. Regardless, when in conversation, he is very attentive and engaged - as long as he finds a reason to be. He is not one for idle chit-chat and will generally not pay very much attention to it, unless it is from his brother or someone equally as important to him, of which there are very few.

He endeavors to be very unnoticeable, using this lack of presence in order to listen in on others, his sense of hearing stronger then most - he can hear clearly for quite a distance. To Rasiel, there is no such thing as quiet, as the forest is always alive with some kind of noise. A breeze ruffling leaves, a stream flowing nearby, the chittering of animals - he can hear it all. It makes listening to conversations easier from a distance.

The Coatl has a fondness for secrets - any type he can get his claws on. He likes knowing everything - he has an intense thirst for knowledge and the power it brings. He and Asmodeus often trade tidbits of gossip, more Rasiel then Asmodeus, though his elder brother listens fondly and attentively to the newest little secrets his precious younger brother has heard.
Despite being considered rather timid and unimpressive, Rasiel is actually the better hunter of the two brothers - he has a certain kind of care in how he hunts, and can quickly and efficiently take down his prey by using his physical ability in the most efficient manner. He has no love for fighting other wolves, however - he doesn't quite like combat, though he will defend his brother, and his pack, when he has to.

Overall, Rasiel is the kind of dragon that is hard to get close to, cold and distant towards all but his older brother.
