Kojack is a detective very dedicated to his job and has been doing it for years. He tends to spend most of his time working so he doesn't have much of a social life. That and others also tend to avoid him because his tall stature, eerie silence, and scarred up body is enough to intimidate the toughest of people. This doesn't bother him because he has his three pets (Ghost the parrot, Leo the hamster, and Beans the ferret) to keep him company. Contrary to his looks he's actually a pretty nice person who has a soft spot for small critters. Also most people don't realize it but Ko doesn't talk because he's actually mute. He got in an accident several years ago that took away his ability to talk. Ko can sign, but every day life can still be a hassle because a lot of people dont understand him. To help remedy this some, he got Ghost and essentially taught him some signs so Ghost could translate for him.
