Wraith

Large, imposing, and ominous. The tips of her fur glisten with an ethereal, transparent glow, pulsing with unknown energies. A cold ghoulish substance drips from her maw when she is enraged, which if it comes in contact with any biomass will instantly corrode it unless it has spent a long enough time in the open air. Her presence alone is enough to make others uneasy, even when she is in a calm state. She is one of the more powerful ghouls of Eranth's movement, nowadays in association with deathmasters Arthyl and Gild. Her control over the Earth element is limited without a physical form to channel it through, but she is capable of holding individuals in place with her mind and even possessing them, or in doing so utilizing their elemental abilities to her advantage. She can also scramble memories or disorient opponents and drastically impede their coordination, an ability that has proven to be devastating on the battlefield.

Perhaps her most terrifying feature is her shrill scream, which can carry for miles. Many dragons have come to know and fear this sound knowing what follows it. She can appear and disappear at will, making her an excellent spy and escape artist, although her aura often times is too powerful to allow her to get too close to enemies without letting on that someone else is there with them.

She is particularly protective over the other gaolers of the movement; Amaram, Skink, Quicksilver, and Artandomosa, to name a few. She moves between Newforge, Sardon, and the Viridians freely when she has the time to visit them. But Amaram she accompanies the most; both are of the earth element, and the young gaoler had grown up not knowing who her family was, either, but has since become attached to Wraith.

No one is sure how any gaolers could have ended up so far north into the domain of the Earthshaker before the Seeker order was officially reinstated, and the story eludes Wraith herself, who cannot recall anything of her life before she died. Before she settled into Sardon, she had wandered through many places around the globe to try and find any clues to what happened, but to no avail. While aggressive to anyone who approached her, she avoided contact with other dragons as much as she could help it, preferring to keep herself isolated.

An unusual concentration of spiritual energies is what eventually one day drew her to the Ashfall Wastes, where she encountered Exodus, a dragon descended from and in active contact with powerful forces beyond the mortal realm. From there she came to hesitantly befriend the rest of Sardon's inhabitants.
