The forces of nature are not kind, are not lenient. It takes an expert to be able to read the signs, and Hurricane is one such expert. And yes, he would call himself an expert. Multiple times. He's adamant about being the only one here who can read the patterns, even if it's not entirely accurate. The wind and rain is something he knows intimately, like the back of his claws, and he will tell everyone who will listen what the weather will be like today. Every morning at 8am sharp, he appears on the morning news to share his "gracious wisdom" with the city. They'll thank him later.
