UPDATE
I noticed this is actually more of a story, not lore heh..
So if you want to read a chapter book of this one dragon go ahead and be my guest

A young Wildclaw far from home stumbles across an empty lair, but as he takes a closer look it seems there were dragons here very recently. As he walks over to what seemed to be a nesting area something trips him, and in a flash, he was caught in a neck being tied up. Angered he shouts at the attacker to let him go, but when turning around he saw something shocking. Instead of a large dragon pinning him down, it was a group of 15 or so Faes of all colors, most with Wind eyes. A larger green Fae decorated with obsidian black feathers and an amulet resting upon their head, they ask what he was planning on doing.

The Wildclaw, even though bigger than the Faes, figured it wouldn't be worth arguing and told them the truth. He was a wanderer and found his way here in Wind Territory, at what he assumed to be an empty lair. With a nod of her head the leader signaled the others to release me, confident that the intruder wouldn't attack. 'This place seems pretty nice', he told the 3 remaining Faes. A pink and purple paint, a purple one with masses of memorizing clothing, and the blacked feathered leader. 'It is, isn't it.' She replied back, a moment of silence spread between them before the purple dressed dragon turned to the green and asked in a whisper, 'They seem to be in good shape, and could help with the hunting parties now that Acacia is on nest watching' in an almost mystical tone.

Few days later he was fully invited to the pack. Which of course he accepted, he didn't want to have this happen again with a lair full of Guardians. Speaking of, Lucina, the purple one, had offered to 'Transform' him, making the Wildclaw not stand out among the others. He didn't seem to mind much at first, but the way the pink/purple paint giggled when she asked caused the dragon to think twice, keeping his 'form' for as long as possible would be best. He didn't care that others were staring at him like an outsider still, if anything he preferred ti stand out. This trait was well admired by the leader, who enjoyed spending time around the Wildclaw, who we find out is named Ragnar.

It wasn't long before Reyna and Ragnar started spending time together. Alone. Reyna got emotions from him that she wasn't used to feeling, and it piqued her interest at what other emotions her body would react at. The Wildclaw didn't notice at first how the green Fae would stare at him different, or get defensive if someone talked to him in a negative tone. At first. Confused at the random outbursts at her members, he went to seek help from Lucina. Lucina was noted as the wisest of the pack, someone with arcane powers and a love for the stars. Surely, she could help him.

Walking into Lucina's small den, Ragnar asked her if they could talk. He explained how weird the leader was acting, and wondering if she was sick or something of the sort. She listened with intent, but didn't bother telling the Wildclaw Conisee has snuck up behind him. 'Silly dragon, Leader has her eyes set on you', Conisee whispered into his ear with his usual creepiness. At first, he was spooked, the paint Fae had that effect on him (if not everyone in the clan), but then he started to understand what he said. 'Me? There's no way! I just joined your clan a few weeks ago, and I'm not even a Fae. Stop playing around' He snapped back. But the blood rushed to his cheeks showing ever so slightly against his dark color. Looking back at Lucina for back up on his crazy idea, she just smiled cheekily at Ragnar. 'You two are no help!' He mumbled back as he squeezed his way out into the open.

These dens are clearly made for Faes, luckily, he was small for his species, but it was still a pain. Confused on how he should take his answer from the two secondary leaders, he didn't realize Reyna had flown over to him. He looked down and smiled at her, starting to finally look at the signs. She took great interest in him, it was obvious. How could he have missed this? To confirm his suspicions, he went over and talked with Falke, she was taking a break from egg watching to get fresh air. 'Hey Falke! How are you?' He asked with a cheery tone. No reaction from Reyna. 'Oh, I'm alright, staying inside all day is really getting to me' The Fae giggled back. 'I'm sure it's not all that bad, do you have an idea of when your eggs with hatch?' Staying still, the green Fae next to him started to get antsy. 'They should be hatching any one of these days I just know it! I definitely let you be one of the first to know when they hatch' That sparked a reaction. 'I'm sure they will be gorgeous. Well, you wouldn't want to keep them cold for long, would you?' About to speak, Falke was interrupted before she could get a word out. 'Anyways, we will see you later!' The blue Fae was disappointed as she knew this was a dismissing, annoyed and walking back to her nest. He sighed; it was true. The leader really did have a thing for him.

Walking down to a nearby stream with Reyna, Ragnar decided that he wouldn't put off the Fae's feelings for him anymore. His only concern is that she may be too weary and not confess her feelings right away, and reject him when he asks. 'Well, better now than never' he thinks to himself. The Wildclaw turns to Reyna as they walk down the shallow stream together, and starts nervously by saying, 'So um.. I know that I'm really new to this pack compared to some of the others.. and.. well, you see..' Dammit this was harder than he thought. She glanced up at him, intrigued with his words. 'I'm not sure if you'll.. Like.. I don't know..' The Green dragon must have known, and nodded her head. 'Your confessing your feelings?' Which was said more of a statement than a question. His cheeks reddened again, as he looked away. This was so stupid; he should have just let her make this move. 'Ye' A short confirmation, that struck a long silence between the two. Ragnar started repeating 'Please don't reject me' over and over again in his head, he knew this would happen. 'I feel the same' Reyna responded.

There it was, that feeling she strived to find. The emotion that was so hard for her to feel. He had helped her achieve it. It felt like a drug with no bad side effects, and she started to have an addiction. Reyna lifted herself off the air and onto the back of Ragnar to nuzzle his neck and ask fr a ride. He was ecstatic, and he started to put a hop in his step as he briskly walked down the river with her holding onto him. But he was still conflicted, she was a Fae, and he was a Wildclaw. His mind travelled back to what Lucina offered, the 'Transform'. He realized a while back that most dragons in the pack had been transformed. Even Lucina herself used to be a Pearlcatcher! Maybe it wasn't all that bad... Did he really want to turn himself into a Fae though? Common sense said no, Faes are weaker without relying on each other, something Ragnar has trouble doing. He loved being a Wildclaw too, his long legs and sharp claws made him perfect for hunting and defending from attackers, and although he was small compared to most, he liked being larger than everyone at camp to show his difference. As Conisee said, 'Everyone eventually changes', was he the one that would push against this boundary?

After a bit more messing around Ragnar advised they should probably head back to the clan. It was only a quick walk away, but it felt like ages with Reyna next to him. Joining this pack was so far, an amazing decision. When they arrived, he started to head towards the Earth Den to sleep, seeing as the moon was starting to show its face. He was stopped half way there by a familiar green Fae flying in front of his Fae, telling him to follow. Obliging, she led him towards the Stars Den, not caring about the looks she received by the others. As they entered Reyna took Ragnar directly to a large sleeper den compared to the rest, letting him enter. It was lightly decorated with a decently sized bird cage in the corner, smoke seeping from under the blanket that encased it. 'It's a Smoke Gyre' She appeared next to him lifting the cloth off just a bit so he could see. It was a gorgeous eagle-like bird, with bright amber eyes. 'Did you set this all up for me?' He knew she did, the sneaky little Fae prepared a room for me before she even found out. Either she was foolishly extremely confident, or knew I had feelings back. He giggled to himself as Reyna left him to rest.

Over the next few days, clan members started to suspect the relationship between the Leader and the Wildclaw. He didn't mind, he would let his lover choose when to tell the clan they were together. Despite the happy times he had with her, the question of transforming really boggled Ragnar's mind. He was out by the stream once again, loving the sound of the calm flowy water. This time he had decided to bring his new friend, whom he has nicknamed Cal (Short for Excalibur), for some bonding time. Talking to his Gyre not expecting a response, about his issue. ‘I love her, but do I really want to change species just so it's more comfortable around her? Or will she hate me for doing such a thing like that..’ Cal just squawked at him with a spider she just caught in her mouth. ‘You're not helping’ He giggled, but froze as he heard a voice emerge. ‘You should just be you, think about what you want. She will love you either way.’ He stared at his bird in shock for a few moments before leaning towards them whispering, ‘Did you just speak Cal?’ Looking at him sideways, she flew up and out of the way, causing Ragnar to look into a bush past his Gyre. A red eye peaked out from the undergrowth, knowing it has been spotted a twisted looking Fae walked out in front of the Wildclaw cautiously. It looked like death itself.

Ragnar freaked out at the small creature, spreading his wings out in order to push himself back from the little demon. It closed her eyes as dust had flew at them, looked down at the ground with sorrow in their eyes. He realized it was just a normal Fae, and calmed down, and even felt guilty for reacting like that when he saw how regretful it- I mean she was of letting herself be revealed. ‘I-I’m sorry...’ The distorted Fae nodded her head and said ‘It's not your fault’ in a soft and quite tone. Really Ragnar? ‘My appearance can be quite off putting. It’s a common reaction.’ A few moments of silence before she weakly smiled and continued with, ‘If you didn’t get scared, I would be worried.’ He smiled at her joke at started to relax, folding his wings back down. ‘Well this has been a nice and awkward chat, but I must be going.’ She readied her wings for takeoff, ‘And like I said,’ A smile was shot his way, ‘She will love you no matter what.’ Off the Fae went. Nodding his head once, the Wildclaw had made his decision and started to head home.

Along the way, he noticed Lucina on the way to the Stars Den, just who he wanted to see. As she went to settle into her work area, he popped his head in and greeted her. ‘Why hello there Wildclaw, have you come to be transformed?’ She asked, knowing that it would be inevitable for the young male. ‘Well, I came to ask a question.’ He took a look around her area covered in scrolls of star maps and other unique items he did not recognize. ‘Disappointing, but what is your question Ragnar?’ She looked back up him while double checking inventory of a mysterious looking plant. ‘You can transform dragons into Faes right?’ Lucina nodded. ‘So, can you turn them into other species?’ A questioning look appeared over her face. ‘Care to elaborate?’ He used his hands to help show what he means. ‘So if I wanted to be a Fae, and you turn me into one, what if a few months later I want to be a wildclaw again. Is that possible?’ He asked her with much interest. She thought to herself for a moment. ‘I would have to try that out, as I’ve never tried it, but I don’t see why its wouldn’t work.’ Shrugging at her own response. The Wildclaw smiled wide from the joyous news. ‘Can you transform me into a Fae?’ He asked, a small lump in his throat he managed to push down with her reassuring answer. ‘We can do it tonight.’

The moon was a sliver of its full size, but still shone just as brightly against the rolling hills of the Reedcleft Ascent, where his new home was. Lucina told you young lad to meet her at the single bamboo stalk outside on the largest hill, which was very noticeable. When he walked up towards it he noted how it looked like the plant was given steroids as a sapling. Only seconds after he arrived the crescent was almost right above him, and he watched a majestic looking Fae fly over to him, scroll in hand. No words were spoken as she placed the scroll at the base of the massive green plant, whispering a few words before backing up. She signaled him to place his paw on the scroll, as she backed up even more to let the process take place. He did as he was told, slowly placing his paw on the rolled up paper. At first nothing happened, thinking he did something wrong Ragnar glanced back at Lucina who just nodded like it was normal. Then it hit him, a burning sensation as his paw felt glued to the scroll, the fiery feeling spreading from that point into his body, tears prickled at the corner of his eyes but the Wildclaw made sure to mute himself. Within a second the paper had burned up in a blue-white flame, causing the dragon to loose his consciousness.

His eyes fluttered open after a dreamless nap, waking up to see his large den. Wait no this can't be it.. The Den was HUGE, but decorated like his..? Sitting up he noticed Reyna sitting outside, standing guard. He called to her, always happy to see his mate. She turned her head ears perked, but when she heard it was Ragnar she bounded over happily. Wait that wasn't right.. As she came over to his 'bed' he started to freak out. 'Why am I as big as you?!' She got confused as he was hyperventilating. What happened to him?! But as he looked at his paws he noticed something. They looked alot like a Fae's. 'I'm a Fae?' Man this clan loves answering their own questions. Reyna nodded as she spoke, 'You asked to be transformed yesterday, remembers?' as the small dragon nudged him, wanting to jump into his arms and cuddle, but wanting to make sure he was alright first. 'Y-yeah.. I do remember.' A smile crossed his face as he looked at his lover, 'Your not mad at me.. are you?' He asked, making sure the twisted Fae was right. 'Of course' she said cheerfully jumping into his arms.

The next few days were great, though people didn't think of him as an outcast, though he was often stabbed with stares of jealousy that he managed to nab the Leader. Or maybe it was because of something different.. Anyways he didn't bother paying attention. Ragnar would no longer have to spend every night alone, as Reyna would stay in his room every few days and sleep together. Life was great. Until one day, while he was out, Conisee had told him to come to the nesting den, and fast.

Rushing to the nesting area as fast as he could, Ragnar has no idea what to expect. Conisee told it to him in a tone that was worrisome, maybe that was just the paint's normal way of speaking.. Maybe it was only one of the other's eggs that were hatching.. But when he got to the enclosed space, Lucina was already there hovering over a nest. "Whats wrong?" he stalks closer, until he notices Reyna laying down awkwardly over a small nest. She looks over at him and smiles brightly before lifting her wing to reveal two small eggs bearing a wind symbol on their shells.
