Biography
He is the caretaker of the Twilight Gardens and an expert botanist. Through the use of magic and selective breeding, he is capable of developing new kinds of flora. Some of his plants have been bred to be more productive food sources while others are capable of withstanding extreme environments. Of all his plants none are given more attention than the twilight rose. Many believe that it is a rose of his own design but when asked he insists that he did not cultivate it. It's a mesmerizing specimen. Its silky pearlescent petals appear a pale purple at first but slowly shift into soft pinks and cool blues as you watch it.
Parley is very defensive of the garden he has grown around a chilly creek, to the point where some suspect he has dryad blood. His garden is his farm, bedroom, and wardrobe all in one. If you brave the stinging vines and pollen-choked air, you may be able to spy him, tending to his flowers like a blush ghost.
