"Ugh. Did my siblings tell you I'm "Overbaked?" Get this through their thick skull. I'm not."

His real name? Do you even care what it is? Probably not since he's overlooked for being so called "Overbaked" by his siblings and others.

His real name is Horus. If you do ever use that name instead of his nickname, He'll be filled with joy.


Born in the windy nests, he was snuggled in with his littermates, Imre and Briony, standing out for his bright red wings and darker browns compared to his siblings, he was made fun for being "overbaked."

"Look at him! He looks like a burnt cookie compared to you two!"

"Looks like somebody got swapped between the nests!"


"You look like your father. It's nice." Speaks a small red and purple fae, "My name is Rhodolite. A shame everyone is doing this just because you're a bit more saturated, yes?"

That. That... was nice! Horus nodded at the fae, smiling. The fae introduced itself, along with their friend, Mocha the Mirror. Showing Horus the small restaurant they sometimes ran when Mocha really wanted to, Rhodolite reading to Horus, teaching some history of the flights to him, and much more.

He was... happy! Happy that he got to meet these two. Happy that he was able to befriend these two. Happy to stay where they lived in the clan and enjoy their company even more.



After a few months of spending time with Rhodolite and Mocha, he popped the question,

"If you don't mind, do you think I could also work at your restaurant?"

He was greeted with a big goofy grin from Mocha, who immediately nodded yes and a slight smile from Rhodolite, showing a yes from him too.

Since that day, he spends most of his time, working and training under their wing, making foods. Other than baked goods, that aren't overbaked of course.
