xrayAcidTrip uses he/they pronouns. xrayAcidTrip was definetly not the name his parents gave them
One day, xrayAcidTrip was out gathering with their family in the wasteland as usual, when he decided to eat a weird mushroom they found.
Of course, xray started tripping balls and had a vision.
The vision told him of a god of dreams, hallucinations, and hallucinogenic drugs on a far away planet. This god sent one of his angels to sornieth, incarnated in mortal form with the task to spread his religion.
That angel was, of course, xrayAcidTrip.
It is unknown if this vision has any truth to it, but what is known is that xray has decided to start a religion around it, and the more followers it gets, the more powerful they become in the arts of magic.
He can do the eldritch blast cantrip because fiona still belives in him

xrayAcidTrip woke up to his mate shaking his shoulder urgently
"whu..?"
"anubis has swayed our followers to her side. they want you dead."
xray jolts upright, nearly hitting fiona in the face.
"dont worry, i have a plan."
fiona gently guides her mate out of bed before making a cut across his forehead.
xray flinched, thinking their mate had betrayed him before realizing something.
she was smearing the blood that now gushed from the wound on herself, attempting to make it look like she had killed them.
"now run. theyre all around the front of the den, so you should be fine if you go out the back."
xray wasted no time following their mates instructions, dashing out the back door. he could still hear the banter of their once-followers as fiona emerged from their formerly shared den.
"I HAVE KILLED THE FALSE PROPHET"
her voice was booming, and it remained the only thing xray could hear as they climbed the walls of the crater he had lived in with their followers for years.
it had been years since xrayAcidTrip had visited the main body of the clan. his little facet of society had managed to make itself almost completely self sustaining, so it really wasnt necessary.
unfortunately, that left them only one link to the rest of the clan.
his son.
