Amethyst

Amethyst was the first non-skydancer to join Crowe and Celestial's clan. She arrived in the middle of the night during a massive thunderstorm, her feathers sodden and pale.

Skellig emerged before Undertaker could call; he had sensed her and knew the visitor was terribly ill. They took her back to his den quickly, lying her body on a pile of soft blankets while Skellig quickly diagnosed her illness and began brewing a cure.

The following days were rough, but soon enough, the color began to return to her feathered body. She livened up rather quickly, singing and humming happily in her native tongue. It seemed she'd never learned common draconian.

Grateful for the second chance she'd been given, Amethyst decided to become Skellig's assistant, helping to gather materials he needed for his medicinal work. She also had a deep love for hatchlings and became the appointed caretaker for the clan's baby dragons.

She formed a rather close bond with Sticky, and is often found by his side, humming softly. Despite not responding back verbally, it seems he understands her gentle tunes and has managed to form some kind of near-silent means of communication.

She brings many glass bottles home along with the herbs and materials she gathers for Skellig.
