Midas is a dragon who descends from a long line of legendary Guardians famed for their ability to protect their charge without fail. None have failed before him, which set the bar very high for Midas. Unfortunately, he has never felt the urge to search for his charge in all his life, which is the source of a great deal of stress for him. Going down in history as the first in his lineage to fail is his greatest fear.


As a result, Midas finds himself putting in the extra effort to protect every dragon in his clan without exception. He hopes that one day it'll finally click, and that his life can be simple and mirror that of his ancestors. Through countless years of desperate training, he's become a dragon rivaled in strength only by Bubs herself. Interestingly enough, a great deal of his training was done under Bubs' tutelage, and Midas has grown to idolize the Snapper for her legendary skills in battle. It's not uncommon to see him trotting along behind her like a giant, lost puppy, begging to spar.


Years of tireless training has lead Midas to the position of captain, having taken over the role after Bubs stepped down. He seemed like the obvious choice, with his determination to protect his fellow dragon and clear talent for battle. No one realizes that every day is a nightmare for Midas, who has no desire to lead the paladins. It's a position befitting a dragon of his bloodline, but he doesn't feel worthy. After all, a fake Guardian like himself has no business leading such a noble group of knights. Midas knows that one day he'll be discovered for the liar he is, and his clan will shun and exile him like he deserves.

Iso - His current training partner. Together they have been training Clan Ragtag's guard force. She believes that they will build Clan Ragtag's guards and provide security for their strange home. She hopes to help him build his confidence as they work together.

Belanoir - His main sparring partner. Midas spars with Belanoir and the rest of the Coli Fighters in hope of learning their fighting styles.
