Neon's dearly departed sister who lingers in spirit form... probably. It is true that she can only be glimpsed on foggy nights wandering the cliffsides near the Dreaming Ones' Dens and is otherwise never seen. Her brother tends to talk to her when she's evidently not there as well, adding to the idea that she is indeed a ghost. However, many believe that she's still quite among the living. Some speculate that she's managed to put a foothold into an ethereal realm only part of this world and mostly of another. Others believe that she's actually just reclusive and her brother merely a bit of a trickster. The truth? Well, only she really knows.
