Citadel- a fortress that dominates a city- A name this Ridgeback and Banescale hybrid grew into much too well. As a hatchling, Citadel learned very quickly brute force was a quick way to the top- no matter where he was, and his parents all but encouraged this- he grew up with delusions of grandeur. Royalty, without a throne to sit upon. A King without anyone to rule over. As he grew, so did his ambitions- and by the time Citadel was a full fledged adult he'd already toppled over a clan to take over as his own- there's no better way to announce your presence and new power over dragons than sticking their leader's head on a pike, after all. The tyrant was met with many dragons who resisted his rule- he didn't appreciate the disobedience, and any who dared to question him were quickly dealt with, one way or another. He's expanded his colony by no heroic means whatsoever..

Despite his Banescale roots, Citadel is no measly wyvern, and his fair share of Ridgeback roots gave him that sand surfing ability other species so desperately sought after. With quick movements, strong jaws, and iron wing's- Citadel has ruled over a large sweep of the Shifting Expanse for too long. This dragon is brutal in every sense of the term, brute force and smart tactics have kept him in power for ages by now- and to prevent his foundation from crumbling, he has a strict policy everyone follows;
